Client Demand & Job Order

SQIMS receives a written legal demand (job order) from a client (employer) in Saudi Arabia specifying their requirements (job roles, qualifications, experience, etc.).

Demand letter should be attested by Foreign Office and Chamber of Commerce from Employer's Country.

SQIMS gets demand letter permitted by Protectorate Office of Pakistan before fulfilling other requirements.

Advertisement & Candidate Sourcing

SQIMS places advertisements in newspapers, online platforms, and utilizes its own network to attract potential candidates.

SQIMS conduct initial screening and shortlisting based on the client's requirements.

Interviews & Selection

SQIMS conducts interviews with shortlisted candidates to assess their suitability for the specific roles.

SQIMS may conduct multiple rounds of interviews, including technical assessments and skills tests.

Final selection is often made by the client or their representatives, who may conduct interviews in Pakistan.

Salary Negotiation & Candidate Briefing

SQIMS negotiates salaries and employment terms and conditions with the client on behalf of the selected candidates.

Trade Tests & Medical Examinations

SQIMS arranges for necessary trade tests (if applicable) at recognized centers.

SQIMS also arrange for pre-employment medical examinations at designated medical centers to ensure the candidates' fitness for work.

Documentation & Visa Processing

SQIMS assists candidates in obtaining necessary documentation, including

a) National Identity Cards (NICs)

b) Passports

c) Educational certificates

d) Experience certificates

e) Police clearance certificates

SQIMS handle the visa application process, submitting required documents to the Saudi Arabian Embassy/Consulate in Pakistan.

Air Ticket Arrangements

SQIMS assists with the reservation and purchase of air tickets for the selected candidates' travel to Saudi Arabia.
